Amanda has been teaching Pilates since 2021. Her journey into Pilates began unexpectedly after an injury forced her to retire from her life as an athlete. Faced with the challenge of recovery, Amanda discovered Pilates and quickly fell in love with the practice. She found that Pilates not only helped her rebuild her strength and mobility but also transformed her relationship with her body.
